They actually went out of their way on service, are very professional, yet personable, friendly, and honest. They worked with me and found solutions to what I was trying to achieve. It ended up perfect and more than I expected. However, I knew (God led me to them) that they could do it, and they certainly did! Their prices are very fair, also. I had a unit that was less than 2 years old (under warranty) and the compressor went out. Needless to say I was defiantly less than satisfied with the original installer (for other reasons too). What an amazing experience! We originally called another guy that had been referred to us… he was a disappointment to say the least.
